A locked user gets HTTP ERROR 500 page when logging in Artifact Repository page

Steps to replicate:
1. login using an administrator account.
2. create/set another account to locked.
3. logout.
4. login using the locked account (step #2).
Observation:
Http Error 500 is displayed instead of displaying an Account Locked error.
Refer to http-error-500.txt for the error displayed in browser.
