Once the substitution mapping feature is complete, we might want to have more
example service-templates which may offer substitution for common requirements.
It might be better rather than to have all of those join the "examples"
directory (which currently has the few examples of hello-world and Clearwater),
that we build an online repository of examples, and allow users to store such
service-templates directly similar to how it's done in Docker and various other
tools - i.e. if the template can't be found on a local path, it will be looked
up in the online repository.
Allowing to customize which online repository is used may further help in the
sharing of service-templates across users.
