Crossbow still has wheel tasks for Python 3.5, but Antoine is right, I don't
see it in GitHub Actions for the other test jobs.
I don't understand your question [~wesm]: do you mean to do this ticket and
drop support for 3.5 in 0.16.0, or drop this ticket from the 0.16 scope (and
produce wheels for py 3.5 for this release)?
