Are you saying you want to just support one executor at anytime in the cluster?
That maybe too restrictive. For example at any time there could be both
container workloads (say compose executor is used) and non containerized
workloads but both for services. So, workload characteristics are same but need
different executors. Also consider situations where aurora through thermos or
something else launches other mesos frameworks as workloads.
And we don't want multiple aurora clusters just for this reason. I think we
should release the feature where multiple executors can co exist and maybe get
some feedback with actual use cases.
