[~wfarner] or [~zmanji] - what was the underlying motivation to upgrade from
{{0.9.1}} to {{0.9.2}}? I ask because {{0.9.3}} is out and pants supports that
version as well. I could just {{0.9.1 -> 0.9.3}} depending on what exactly you
are after with the upgrade.
