Can you provide a link for "I follow the instructions on the 'Getting Started'
page for Windows." - I didn't know we had one or that we had any windows users
at all.
FWICT we are frankly not prepared for windows users and we need to get a
windows CI set up to ensure we work and stay working.
I don't think we have any committers that use Windows so we may need some help
if we get stuck. I do know Apache has a Windows CI box though so we should be
able to get some base level vetting set up with some work.
