I went through a misguided attempt to publish this doc change as latest, now
reverted. This won't make it out to the
https://aurora.apache.org/documentation/... site until 0.14.0, but you can
always read the real latest in github, ie:
https://github.com/apache/aurora/blob/master/docs/getting-started/vagrant.md
