No issue with adding getInfo or changing everything to use it - my issue is
with removing getVersion, an RPC that was explicitly designed to allow
arbitrarily old out-of-date clients to check before performing RPCs the
scheduler doesn't understand and provide helpful feedback to the user. Removing
this RPC will break that behavior.
