Do you have any thoughts for how this would happen? I'm having a hard time
picturing it working in a way that doesn't result in independent clients bolted
on to each other. In other words, all the important bits would need to be
federated or built from scratch each time (e.g. server discovery, communication
protocol, serialization format).
