repository"; the latest attempt to build any branch was 8 months ago from 
commit 12c1587f83b37226646db133ad7b0e8ef97caac0.  The TravisCI config files 
were already deleted in AVRO-3653 <https://github.com/apache/avro/pull/1948>, 
so the badge should be deleted too.
