I forgot to mention, that we use netstandard2.1 for modern NET Core targets
(3.1, 5.0, ...) and netstandard for NET Framework 4.6.1, ... 4.8. We are not
testing against NET Framework, however NET Framework is still very much part of
MS roadmap.
