Fixed in 3eb04ed: `_skip_block_bytes()` now wraps `decoder.skip(block_size)`
in a try/except that catches `OSError`/`ValueError`/`OverflowError` from the
underlying reader's seek and re-raises them as `InvalidAvroBinaryEncoding`, so
malformed sized blocks fail with a consistent Avro error. Added a
`test_skip_block_bytes_wraps_seek_error` regression test.
