[BEAM-6054] Euphoria translation providers refactored.

Now we have:
* `CompositeProvider` - allows for chaining of `TranslatorProvider`
implementations
* `GenericTranslatorProvider` - flexible translators registration, including
user-predicates, honoring order of registration
