I agree that it's redundant, but I think it's still better to have them
explicitly tagged somehow instead of relying on people knowing that ViewTests
also has side input tests.
But your comment did inspire me to look up info on the Category feature, and
I see that I can tag an entire class, so I changed it to tag all of ViewTest
with the UsesSideInputs tag.
