Sorry for the confusion. I created an issue for this:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-6368 and I managed to fix this
([https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/7435]). The reason was that the worker
code part wasn't updated and the SDK part was. Rebuilding using the latest
worker version while running tests fixes this.
