Seems it took 15 hours, so the [default
schedule](https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/bd93c5faba67c884ca9ff63bce8a10336c1ef2cb/.test-infra/jenkins/PostcommitJobBuilder.groovy#L61)
is not appropriate until that is diagnosed and improved. I still think merging
it makes sense.
