Yes, "google-cloud-bigquerystorage:1.8.0", a part of the libraries-bom,
declares "io.grpc:grpc-api:1.34.1", while the libraries-bom declares
"io.grpc:grpc-core:1.35.0".

Unfortunately, due to release timing, the dependency listed in the
libraries-bom and its containing artifact's dependency differ sometimes.
