The libraries BOM is not perfect, in that this kind of conflict may happen.
BOMs work best when user projects use it through `dependencyManagement` (Maven)
or `enforcedPlatform` (Gradle) to set transitive dependencies. (Thus Beam GCP
BOM is a great tool). Beam using the libraries BOM does not set user project's
transitive dependencies.
