Hi @nielm @chamikaramj, thanks for the comments. If I understand correctly,
there is no reason to actually change the implementation to a Splittable DoFn
then, as there is no real benefit to parallelization, and there is no reason to
continue with this PR?
Or is the problem with the actual implementation of Splittable DoFn in this
PR and some changes need to be made?
