I'm okay with dropping this PR. This PR just tried to get more variables
into UUID generation so we can avoid only using secure random as a source. I
know the chance of UUID collision is theoretically very small but still we
occasionally saw some collisions between different Dataflow jobs (especially
when launched from templates). Will look if there's another way to fix it.
