@damccorm you may want to try
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-13866 next if you're looking for a
challenge, which I've just added to the umbrella. The container bootloader code
is untested, and would need careful refactoring to become testable, as they're
kinda Mono Main at the moment.
We can apply anything we learn to the Java and Python bootloaders as well.
(they're all slightly different due to different entry point behaviors)
