This was mostly meant to replicate the existing Jira categories as closely
as possible. In terms of Wish/FR/Improvement, I kinda see them all as the same
(or maybe wish/FR as a subset of improvement), but I think others may find
value in the distinction?
In general, my approach has been to move Jira to Issues with as much
fidelity as possible, with the intent that once we're in GitHub we can make
some of the smaller changes like reducing the number of labels we care about or
providing more descriptive taxonomies of what each one means. I tend to think
cutting labels like this is the type of thing I'd want at least _some_
community support on, but I don't really want to muddy the waters by having
those kinds of conversations before the migration when people will actually be
able to see the alternatives.
I'm open to approaching differently, there's definitely an argument to be
made for making changes like this while we're here anyways.

Good question - I pulled this from Jira, but its never been used by Beam
before. I cut it.
