Thanks @adude3141 for the suggestion. Sounds good to me. Not sure why the
generated files didn't show up in the source set, but it doesn't hurt to
include both the project files and the source sets and run the filter on these.
It didn't need the resource filter to let Spotless pass. We probably want to
run spotless on Java resources that are included in the archetypes.
