Yes @chamikaramj this is worth a discussion in dev@ because we are doing it
differently in each IO (Spanner, Jdbc, TextIO and now here) so probably we
should agree on a common ground that works correctly for all cases. Can you
please submit the subject to the ML, probably worth to cc @jkff because his
advice could be definitely worth.
