I changed the modifiers to 'public static final' for both
ApproximateUnique.Globally and ApproximateUnique.PerKey. However, please be
aware that this occurs nowhere else in the codebase, e.g. Combine.Globally,
Combine.PerKey or Regex.Matches are all public classes without being final.
