   I agree that we shouldn't be passing Docker options directly to the Docker 
command. Instead like in #8828 we should have an option for mounting a 
directory which can then be translated by Beam for the Docker version 
available. Adding this flag to the Docker environment, like done in this PR, 
looks like a feasible approach. Best to consult the mailing list though.
