Improve the test that compares EXPORT and DIRECT_READ

This change achieves the following:
* Creates a clearer name for the integration test:
BigQueryIOStorageReadCorrectnessIT
* Removes the small tables from the tests. The tables removed do not exist in
all test projects, making it difficult to have this test execute as part of
existing suites that are automatic.
* Adds the test to googleCloudPlatformLegacyWorkerIntegrationTest, so it is
executed more regularly.
* Uses a larger table. Small tables don't give good correctness signals that
the
Storage API is doing the right thing.
