It is a good first step to test that {{StatefulDoFnRunner}} works as expected
when it is combined with {{SimplePushbackSideInputDoFnRunner}}. Then you will
want to test that the DirectRunner and other runners are creating these
correctly.
I changed the component, since none of this is part of the SDK itself, but is
just building blocks for runners to use however they want.
