I'm not sure. I know there is an Apache licensed LZO implementation from
[airlift|https://github.com/airlift/aircompressor/tree/master/src/main/java/io/airlift/compress/lzo]
and I've seen a Parquet [PR|https://github.com/apache/parquet-mr/pull/671]
that includes it as a dependency. This might not even be an issue!
