Sorry about this issue. I don't have an easy workaround for it. I tried sign
into the Jenkins, find the latest Python Precommit triggered by this PR and
rebuild with the latest commit hash. The job is waiting for the available
worker. But, I am not sure this is the correct way to do.
I checked our Jenkins agents and they all look good. The problem could be
malfunction of the Jenkins plugin. @markflyhigh has a bug that tracking this
problem.
