Hey [~rakeshkumar], any update on this ticket? The current workaround we're
using is to do a groupByKey and then use BagState for downstream operators. It
doesn't quite suite some of the upcoming use cases we have and it might hurt
performance. So we'll try to find some time to touch on this ourselves. Would
appreciate if you have any suggestions on the ticket or any caveats we should
look out for?
