Ok, I just updated the pull request with stuff that I've been playing with
locally. I still have a few things I intend to do before merging:
* Tests to make sure configuration of the AvaticaHttpClient impl works as
expected.
* See if I can remove the byte[4096] in AvaticaUtils via {{Channels}}.
* Expose some configuration properties around the HttpClient HttpPool.
Feedback welcome if anyone is interested.
