stuff needs to be in the LICENSE of the JAR. Is there an easy way to use a
different LICENSE/NOTICE for a particular JAR?
Yup! Just create {{src/main/resources/META-INF}} to override the project's
LICENSE. There's also the ability to append some text to the project's LICENSE
via {{src/main/appended-resources/META-INF/LICENSE}}.
