Looks good to me. I've closed my PR for now, and i'll open a new one once I get
this implemented and CALCITE-1819 is ready for a PR. How should calcite handle
the case when two or more sketches point to the same fieldName? [~julianhyde]
In your above example, you've removed "user" from the dimension column, would
it still be "allowed" to be in "dimensions" of a valid model definition?
