Two of those PRs are not going to make it: in CALCITE-1960 I'm still waiting
for the author to add adequate tests; CALCITE-1940 is making progress but is
still big, complex, and in need of further review and work.
I think CALCITE-1947 will make it. It has been through several iterations and
is converging. I need to review the latest. I'm on vacation now but will get to
it this evening.
We could potentially have a first RC and start the vote Wednesday morning, as
long as the release notes are done and we have tested the various
configurations.
