* Can you convert JIRA case numbers to hyper-links
* Can you indent sub-tasks, e.g. "Vmstat table function for sqlsh" is a
sub-task of "[CALCITE-1896] OS adapter and sqlsh"
* Changes to Parser.jj usually qualify as "new features". In particular
CALCITE-1886, CALCITE-1845, CALCITE-1709.
* Can you add a couple of paragraphs summarizing the release. (Yes, this is
hard to write! But useful, because it is the main thing that grabs people when
they see the release announcement.)
* Add back-ticks where appropriate so that identifiers are rendered in
fixed-width font (and upper-case, in the case of CALCITE-1947).
* CALCITE-1901 is a "web site" change
* Remark that CALCITE-1941 and CALCITE-1069 are breaking changes.
