[~julianhyde] I am very very sorry for so long time no response in Calcite-1935.
but in fact, I am still developing it now. but I am very busy these time. I
hope I can finish it before January in 2018. I am very sorry for so late to
finish it.
I am already write some test code for match recognize and test it now. later I
will translate it into EnumerableRel Interface implementation.
