The problem is in requiring RelBuilder (which has a simple task - building
relational expressions) to do something complex (expanding views, which
requires parsing and validating SQL). If view expansion did not include parsing
SQL, but was simply "convert this table to this RelNode" then I might be
comfortable with that.
