Good analysis - thanks. Does the un-validated {{SqlOperator}} still have access
to the identifier that created it? If so, can we use
{{SqlParserPos.isQuoted()}} and use that during unparse? As long as we're
unparsing for the same dialect that we parsed, the built-in functions and
reserved keywords will be the same, so we'll be OK.
