[~hhlai1990] Seems you really have much requests about implicit type coercion,
the behavior 2/5 = 0 is different for kinds of sql engines, like Oracle and
MYSQL will produce 0.4 but POSTGRES will output 0.
While for Spark and Hive there is another sql operator DIVIDE_INTEGER (also in
Calcite) will output 0 and DIVIDE will output all double/decimals for default.
