hi [~julianhyde] Sigar does not need to be installed, does not depend on the
jar package, only the corresponding lib can be used on different platforms. For
example: use sigar-x86-winnt.dll under windows and
libsigar-universal64-macosx.dylib under mac.We only need to put the lib
directory into the resource directory with System.setProperty(SIGAR_PATH,
Sources.of(sigarPathUrl).file().getPath()).
I will deal with the testXxx methods.
