In current change of PR#1641, lex config are transformed between different
forms – *_SqlParser.Config & SqlDialect & CalciteConnectionConfig &
Map<CalciteConnectionProperty, String>_*.
I already tried to reduce redundant codes and really appreciate suggestions for
better implementations.
