Thank you for your clarification. What I am confused with is whether
(1<a) or ((a<3 and b=2))
can be simplified to
1<a or b=2
if we alway know {{a>1}} is not nullable. IMHO, it is yes. But with this patch,
it cannot be simplified which seems cause degression. Please correct me if I am
wrong.
