In my case the fix was easy, just to return "null" instead of throwing "not
implemented".
In HerdDB we are using Calcite internal APIS so it is not a big deal, we expect
to need to be constantly following Calcite refactors.
If Calcite with this change is able to create more clever plans in HerdDB we
are very happy to see this kind of changes
