[~mmior], That is a reasonable thing to do. Breaking changes in example code
are not very serious. The main goal is simplicity. After release 1.25, the file
adapter will have all of the functionality of the example CSV adapter (except
for the "flavor" attribute that is in the CSV adapter for pedagogical reasons),
so we can encourage people to stop using the CSV adapter in production.
