b) I guess we need to re-target the current PRs to the new branch name. It is
essential to re-target the PRs before the master branch is removed otherwise
the PRs would be closed with no way to restore them
c) I guess https://github.com/vlsi/asflike-release-environment needs to be
updated as well. That environment can be used to test the release procedure (it
spins SVN, Git, and Nexus).
