The way to validate it is:
1) Start the environment (in asflike-release-environment): {{./recreate.sh
calcite}}
2) Prepare release candidate (in calcite): {{./gradlew prepareVote -Prc=1}}
(note: there'no {{-Pasf}}, so it would use {{test}} release environment, and if
you add {{-Pasf}}, then it would use the ASF release servers)
