[~danny0405], I saw you added some mechanism to prevent functions from using
default values for parameters. Is this necessary? Is it not possible to make
the parameters not null and required, or something? At the very least, see if
you can make it mesh with the mechanism for using annotations to parameters
when UDFs are defined as Java functions.
