[~francischuang] Thanks for reminding me of this. I must have missed the GitHub
announcement, but it does look like they have indeed made some changes that
will make this easier. I'll work on a draft PR with the necessary code changes
for Calcite. We'll need to separately address the site repo and Avatica.
