+1 on changing {{prec}} and {{scale}} fields to {{public final int}} (and
rename {{prec}} as {{precision}}) , deprecate their {{Integer}} accesors (to be
eventually removed in a future version), and deprecate also {{isInteger}} (to
be eventually removed in a future version). I think these changes can perfectly
be made. I did a quick test and it would just require some adaptations in a few
parts of the code, and nothing seems to break.
I'm not sure about removing {{isExact}} though, this flag is used to
discriminate if the {{SqlNumericLiteral}} is represented as a
{{SqlTypeName.DECIMAL}} or a {{SqlTypeName.DOUBLE}}, so I'm a bit concerned of
the potential side effects of this change.
